Rewind Therapy for Trauma
Discover Balance offers trauma therapy using the highly effective Rewind Therapy (RT) technique (Discover Balance is registered with International Association for trauma therapy). This approach has become internationally recognised as an indispensable technique for treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in army veterans and can just as easily be applied for other forms of trauma.
